An artist spends a lifetime researching and experimenting to find their unique voice. Ultimately, it is this personal rhythm and technique that truly defines them. In my own work, I strive to capture a vast, abstract universe within the borders of a small canvas—much like a bird taking in the expanse beyond the horizon. Dynamic brushstrokes, the scrape of a spatula, the delicate interplay of light and shadow in cool tones, a sudden sprint of silence amidst chaos, and the journey of seeking light through life’s highs and lows—these are my true forms of expression.

We are living in an era of social decay, surrounded by violence, despair, tears, and bloodshed. I want my paintings to offer a brief escape from this harsh reality—to bring peace where there is conflict, to spread love instead of violence, and to turn tears into moments of joy. As artists, we carry a responsibility toward society. Let us all join hands to build a new world… let thousands of hearts be colored with love.

My fascination with art began in childhood, though I truly started understanding its depth around the eighth grade. Since then, my journey hasn’t paused. Early on, I was deeply drawn to realistic painting. But as time passed, my art evolved, and so did its language. The universe is the master of all creation; hidden within it are countless stories and an unparalleled beauty. In the face of such vastness, I realize how small I am. Yet, my mind frequently loses itself in this immensity, and I try to rediscover these elements through my colors, brushes, and canvas. Time and again, my imagination crosses the horizon.

I was born in an ancient, culturally rich town that has long been a sanctuary for education, heritage, and spirituality. This is Santipur, a place of profound peace resting on the banks of the river Bhagirathi. Here in this small town, breathtaking natural beauty meets deep, humanistic values and a vibrant artistic diversity. This place is the true cradle of my creativity. My daily life revolves around my art practice and teaching—this is my lifelong devotion. To me, my paintings are like my children, and I nurture them every day with the utmost care. Right up until my very last breath, I simply want to keep filling my canvases with all the words I cannot express in language.
